In the spirit of our 10 year anniversary, we pulled out the Spring of 2007 issue of Grand Rapids Cosmopolitan Home to find this interview with Jennifer.  These words from Jennifer still ring true today: "Our focus is to understand the needs and direction of our clients.  It's all about them.  A satisfied client is one who is pleased with not only the results, but with the process".
