East Travelers Condo

An intrepid and free spirited style is expressed in this new East Grand Rapids condo.  A frequent traveler, the homeowner made the scaled down residence her primary home located near children and grandchildren.  Exaggerated details punctuate the charismatic design of the home, while an open layout and height in the ceiling create room to support its personality.

A natural marble mosaic is tiled in an artfully executed pattern in the dry areas of the bathroom, while coordinating durable and slip-resistant ceramic tile was used in the shower.
